Sri Basaveshwara Women’s First Grade College of Arts and Commerce was Started in the academic year 2012-13 by His holiness Sri. Sri. Siddalinga Swamiji, the existing president under the umbrella of Sri Basaveshwara Education Society, which in turn was founded by late Sri Sri Sadashviva swamiji, the founder president.
The vision of their Holiness in starting Educational institutions was to provide quality Education affordable to common women folk in rural areas.
College of ours is situated in the holy and peaceful atmosphere of Mutt premises, which enables the students to concentrate and study on various vistas of knowledge, imparted on sound lives by our well learned, experienced and dedicated faculty of the college. To add the faculty trains the students in various field of knowledge enabling them to face the challenges of the world, giving importance in developing the wholesome personality.
It is though five years young in existence, has fully fledged infrastructure with all sorts of amenities to better the students in all walks of life.
